# Remoov helps you save time, minimizes waste and unlock the value of your items!

# Estimate

Once you submit photos you will receive an estimate including the cost of the pickup (based on volume) and a resale assessment of the items. The assessment is based on the item type, condition and demand.

**Note:** Although we wish we could resell everything, we can only accept for resale items that our appraisers determine that we are able to resell. Other items collected may be donation or disposal.

# Resale

Items for resale are sold either via consignment or auction. Consignment items are appraised, professionally photographed, and listed online and in [our showroom](http://reperch.com/). Auction items are sold through two-week online auctions through a premier local partner.

When an item is sold you will receive 50% of the value. You can request payment sent via check or PayPal through your online Dashboard.

# Donation

Items that are designated for donation are provided to non-profit organizations that support people in need. You will receive the tax receipt for those donations.

# Disposal

Items that cannot be sold or donated are responsibly decommissioned. Items that we generally have to dispose include damaged/non-working items and items that our donation partners will not accept due to size and lack of demand.
