#### Tips to estimating volume

Understand better the amount of space you will use for the pickup!

**1/8 truck:** Small table or couple chairs.

**1/4 truck:** Medium table, or a small couch.

**1/2 truck:** Big couch, a chair. Or the content of a small room.

**Full truck:** Belongings of a 3 bedroom home.

Remoov uses a 24-foot-box-truck (~1,350 cubic feet of truck space) for the pickups and pricing is based on the percentage volume of the truck used in the pickup. When we pick up items, we make sure to pack everything tightly while ensuring the safety of the items and vehicle.

A full 24-foot truck can usually fit the belongings of a 3 bedroom home. Of course, this will vary depending on the number of large items like furniture/appliances, how the items are packed (boxes are easy to stack), etc. A rule of thumb is to allow 200 cubic feet per of truck space per fully furnished room.
